CourtNav is a free online service run by RCJ Advice to help you apply for a non-molestation order, an occupation order, or both, for protection against domestic abuse.
CourtNav helps you to create an application and supporting statement ready to submit to court, with the option to have it checked first by a legal adviser who will help you find the best course of action.
There’s plenty of guidance as you go, and help is at hand if you have questions. You can fill it out with your support worker if you have one, or if you’re a woman, you can also get help via the FLOWS service.
